ORDER CODE

35540

COMPOSITION

Chlorhexidine Gluconate 0.2 % w/v
Sodium Fluoride 0.0033 % w/v

ACTIONS

Chlorhexidine helps control plaque and eases localised gum irritation; Fluoride ions present are taken up by tooth structure and help to increase resistance to dental caries.

INDICATIONS

Chlorofluor Toothpaste can be used every day to clean teeth, control plaque growth and for the control of gum irritation and associated discomfort.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

None.

PRECAUTIONS

Avoid contact with eyes.
After two weeks of continued use there is a very small possibility that CHX may cause temporary, superficial staining. This only occurs on teeth where long term plaque build up has established and will disappear if treatment is stopped. This staining is less likely to occur when brushing with the Gel and highly unlikely when using the Toothpaste due it it's natural abrasive qualities.
To maintain an ongoing oral hygiene regime, using Chlorofluor alongside a whitening toothpaste should ensure any superficial staining does not occur.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Apply 1mm strip of Toothpaste to a toothbrush and brush teeth thoroughly. Spit, DO NOT RINSE for 5 mins. Alternatively use as recommended by your Dentist or Pharmacist.
